I'm sitting at my brothers' school right now in the Black Culture House while my brother "writes" a paper (he's really not writing, he's cyber stalking ppl on the internet) so I just figured I could keep myself busy(er) in a computer lab than at their house freezing half to death.
This AM I WAS 228.8!! That was exciting! I had a really great eating day yesterday. I really just tried to keep myself busy and my mind off of food and it turned out to be a
great. During my workout, I ended up doing a 45 minute treadmill workout where I ran/walked in 5 minute intervals. It felt pretty good I can't believe I actually got through it! Then, afterwards I did 10 minutes on the Elliptical (Which I hate now). My goal was to do 15 minutes but I was so tired I couldn't fathom staying on another 5 minutes. I thinking I needed some electrolytes or something (!) because I was just pooped. The world was moving in slow mo'.
Anywho, later I went home, ate a Lean Cusiine panini (my new life or death staple food) and a green bean cup and sat and lounged all night. Man, it felt great to lounge. I haven't just chilled like that in ages! Anywho, last night was very relaxing.
This morning, I got up around 10 because I was determined to get a workout in before my mom came in to town. So, I got up around 10 but didnt leave for the gym until about 11:15 because I figured I should do my hair so that when she got here I would just have to shower and get dressed. Anywho, today my workout realy wasn't about burning calories or anything but more or less for therapy purposes. I just needed to work out my stress and just chill out. Well, I wish I had established my workout as calming before I had 15 minutes left but it was cool nonetheless. Anywho, after doing only 35 minutes, I had to rush home to meet mom , &shower, and then head to Springfield to see the bros.
I always love when we all get back together. We always have so much fun and have a great time togehter and its always fun to be around my family. My mom & brother kept making a big deal about how different I look and act and it made me feel kinda uncomfortable, I dunno, I just don't like being the center of attention, even when it is a good thing. I saw this picture of me from the beginning of my sophomore year when I was around 250ish and I was just like
DAMN! That's a lot of woman!! What can I say, I do look different. I like it. I really just need to stop yo-yoing and stay focused. Me & my best friend are around the same weight and are challenging each other to lose more weight than the other. We both have the same goal so we are trying to push each other to lose it!
Anywho, not much else going on. It's pretty boring over here. Anywho, hope tonight is fun!

I love those paninis! They are very filling and crisp and crunchy too--how do they do that? Southwestern style is my fav by far! Have you tried Kashi's frozen meals? YUM! The Southwestern Chicken is delish! Good for you on the weight loss!!!
