BEST RUN EVER!!!
3.8 miles, 45:00; 3.1 miles 35:35
And the best thing about it: I ran for
35 minutes straight!!!!! I have
never done that in my life! I don't know what got into me but it was AWESOME! I wasn't even really tired when I was done! I walked the first 5 minutes at 4.0 and then I ran for 20 minutes at 5.5, and then by the time I got to the last minute I was between 5.3/5.4 and then did 6.0/6.3 for the last minute.

I just can't believe I actually ran for 35 STRAIGHT minutes! No walking in between, no stopping, just 35 straight minutes. What an amazing feeling, ESPECIALLY considering the hellACIOUS eating on Friday Night/all day saturday (Corrine, I think i DEFINITELY have you beat with yesterday

). I think a reason that I got it done is because I wasn't under any time constraints and I just kinda had time do my thing in the gym without worrying about what's next on my schedule. It was awesome though and at least now I know that i CAN do it! A-MAZING.
So, about yesterday's eating. Technically, I should probably log it, but I just don't want to know. Ok, I
kinda wanna know, but I don't have the patience or the memory to log ALL of that food. It was probably be like 4,000 calories. No BS. It was good though. I think I'll just list it all here as my form of logging

:

turkey bacon, scrambled egg, & american cheese on whole wheat bagel (I was doing OK at breakfast)

2 pieces of Papa John's Cheese pizza, one-and-a-half servings of ruffles, a chips ahoy cookie (then at my CA orientation, they had NO options, and of course i gave in)
FOUR bowls of Fruit Loops (throughout the day)

Qdoba steak burrito with rice, black beans, cheese, sour cream, and pico de gallo

turkey bacon, scrambled egg, & american cheese on light wheat bread
I think that's all I ate yesterday, but it's still PRETTY bad. Oh well, it
was good. Lord knows I missed a Qdoba burrito, so what better time to eat it then when you just don't give a dAmn about your eating! Its so funny that when I have really bad eating days, I don't DARE get on CK! lol I just can't bare to show my face on here when I have crappy days. LoL, it's like being confronted by my mom when she's trying to figure out who put their finger in the cake.
edited to add: I logged my food from yesterday.
Damn that was a lot of calories! Oh well. It actually was kind of amusing how much I put back yesterday!!! lol Oh well, you'll have that i guess!!!
Today I've been all sorts of back on track, drinking hella water to try to flush my system. I hate when I drink a lot of water after a bad eating day because I always get the WORST gas.

Oh well, the price we pay when the scale says 223.4

I'm sure I can bring it down by Friday, so I'm not concerned.
It's a fabulous day and I am SOOOOOOO excited for this upcoming week! It's going to be amazing, as long as I have something to do with it! My best friend will be here Wednesday night until Sunday and that is gonig to be so much fun. I can't wait. And I only have ONE test to study for (oh, and a book to read

) but you'll have that!
Hope you all have a fabulous Sunday. oh, and
Happy Mothers Day CK Moms!!!

35 minutes without stopping, that is a great accomplishment, you should feel proud! Slips happen, and your attitude is right on--back in the saddle again! Have a great night Denita.
