Can I just say today has been a LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOONG day?! Another morning up at 6:45 to go work out. Today was my running day but I was exhausted for some reason after like 20 minutes (no, not straight) so I only "ran" for 30 mins (19 jog, 11 walk). Then I did the Arc trainer for 35 minutes and did some ab work. I think the reason my run was so crappy is because my abs are uber sore from the ab workouts I've been doing.Oh well. Tomorrow is an easier day so hopefully my workout will allow me to rest my sore muscles and all that jazz. Man I'm tired.
Today I'm full of things to do still. I have to study for my bio test, cover for duty, have a floor meeting, write a paper, do my spanish homework

. Is it the weekend yet? This weekend I
definitely need to unwind. Man.
Anywho, I gotta write this paper really fast before I head home. I'm really not in the mood so maybe I'll pass. We'll see. later.
