Bah. Getting back on track has just NOT been happening! Life has been alright though and I've been procrastinating so bad on going to the grocery store but I know I really need to do it. Bah. I don't have any food and all I keep eating is fast food.

Oh well. I
WILL go to the grocery! Tomorrow I will most definitely run and workout because I've been avoiding that as well.

I also need to clean my room and I haven't done that EITHER. GOD I'M PROCRASTINATING SOMETHING SERIOUS! lol Alright, I'm going to start being productive...later...lol.

(((hug, D))).. it's totally normal to feel a bit of a letdown/lull/'blah'! after A Huge, much-anticipated Goal.. like a first race! (hoooray!) You'll feel great and be dancing down the grocery aisles in no time.. (by the way, did you reward yourself after your race? ?!)

Me too! I was getting back on track after a eat-a-rama weekend and then I was worried about my dog and went for the chocolate. Good news. The dog is very healthy except for being 14 years old. We can do it. We can do it together! I'm going to get back on track tomorrow. Care to join me?
