Sometimes it's not just motivation that can get you back on track, but it's just getting sick of feeling like the "old" you. I'm over all the fat I've eaten. Taco Bell, Chipotle, Wendy's, McDs, gas station pastries, breakfast sandwiches, binge after binge - it's annoying and old. I'm on track today and I'm going to do my best to
stay there because I'm over feeling uber fat and bloated. I need to
love myself enough to say that I don't need a taco or a piece of carrot cake. I'm going to love myself enough to go to the gym. I'm going to love myself enough to take care of myself and stop drinking.
