Gym day #2 = Check!

So today I made an effort to take some gym clothes with me to training so that if I got a free hour or so, I could go to the gym. Well, before dinner, I went to the gym for 45 minutes and, because I only did 45 minutes, I upped my resistance and ramp so it made it a SMIDGE more difficult. I worked really hard! Well, after dinner I dunno what happened but I had some severe shakes so I had to eat ASAP because I couldn't stop shaking and I felt incredibly jittery. Anywho, for dinner I had vegetarian lasagna, green beans, garlic bread :n: and Strawberry torte cake :n: :n: but I din't feel as bad about eating it because I DID go to the gym. Tomorrow, I think I am going to take all of my shower stuff and everything so I can just shower and everything at the gym instead of having to come ALL the way home to shower and everything. I'm really trying to get back on track and I feel good. I know the #s on the scale right now are all bad business, but I know if I keep working hard and slowly start to cut out a lot of the foods I had allowed myself to get used to that I will eventually get back to my weight loss glory days! Luckily, there are a lot of CAs who also are trying to lose weight so I think that will really help keep me motivated to be healthy :y:.

Anywho, not much to report right now. Well, there are things to report but I don't feel like blogging about it right now. Maybe later.

What did you eat before your workout? That has happened to me too and I found that if I eat a snack (about 150-200 calories) before a workout that contains some protein (like string cheese) and a carb (like fruit or a granola bar) I don't get that way anymore. Give it a try. Congrats on Day 2!

Sweetie, you need to have your fasting blood glucose checked. Sounds like you had a hypoglycemic reaction to the exercise. That COULD indicate some sort of blood sugar problem -- either hypoglycemia or diabetes. Please get that checked out soon!
