I mean, really, when am I
really going to say ENOUGH IS ENOUGH! Bah. Gut? Back. Thighs? Back. Rolls? Back. I mean I'm back up to
235 and it's NOT PRETTY! I mean, I don't know what the hell is going wrong with me. I do know that I need to get moving ASAP. Bah, I'm really annoying myself at this point. LIke annoying myself big time. I need to quit smoking. I need to quit lots of things. I need to be HAPPY. I am happy, but to an extent. I need to get my health back together - that will make me happy. That's really all that's missing and I'm making every excuse in the book to NOT do it. I'm so annoyed with myself! What the freak is it going to take?! It'll probably take me not being able to squeeze into my 16s, but I refuse to let myself get to that point. RE-FUSE.

Hey Sweetie - you and I sound like we are in the same boat.
:( I have been holding on to the 160's (I was down to 155) but, today I got up and weighted this morning and I weighted 163!!!!!! Damn Halloween Candy!!!!!!! I knew I shouldn't have bought it so soon!!! We can do this . . . one step at a time (forward . . . not backward LOL!!!)

The new hair looks great. Now get your ARSE off that slide, Slides are for KIDS silly rabbit, You haven't fallen off, if you had you wouldn't recognize the change. Take that as a + that you did. Alot of people don't. Go get it.

Looks great! Don't beat yourself up. Look how far you have come! You can do it! You can't change everything about yourself overnight. Man, I wish it was possible - I have a laundry list that I'd have taken care of pronto! Maybe there is something that is bothering you, stopping you from wanting to take care of yourself like you were? Too much stress? No time? Find out what's holding you back physically and mentally and work on that. You'll find your groove again! I have faith in you! You are such an inspiration!!!!
