View DBRAZIEL's food & exercise for this day
Just because I had a whopper for lunch does NOT mean I can't get on track! I am determined that I WILL go to the gym, regardless of that lunch. Just because I had a crappy lunch doesn't mean I have to have a crappy rest of the day. I'm nervous about going to the gym but I know it will be a good, even if I've got cold lung or whatever ailment that may affect me. Anywho, let's just hope I actually go to the gym and I don't make up an excuse for not going! I've really been having some strong urges to drink, but I'm trying to fight 'em. I go back to counseling on Tuesday so hopefully that will be positive and help me get myself together even more. Blah. So much to do to get myself on track! I guess you gotta take the first step and that's the hardest one.

Denita, you are awesome girl!!! Way to pick yourself up after your whopper incident.I am sure you went to the gym . I hate going because I feel as if everyone is watching me and I always seem to be the only heavy person there.

:clap: Do not try to fight any of this by yourself. You can always count on me to be there to pick you up,kick your butt,whatever you need. We are all in this together and we will all come out of it together!
