I was so excited I had to run and blog this but I'm
OFFICIALLY DOWN
EIGHTY (80) POUNDS!!! 
This is so exciting! I'm only 20 ls away from 100! I can't believe how close it is! I'm so excited. Well, I stepped on the scale three times in a row (which = 1 time, thank you) and I got 216.0, 215.0, 215.0, but I'm rolling with 216.0 so I can have some wiggle room for Thursday's weigh-in. But I'm so freakin excited! That's a huge feat! That means I've lost thirty additional pounds since i lost fift...

So today is the first day of my 50-day Challenge. The reason I chose 50 days is because that's how many days it is until I leave for Virginia again!!! So here are the terms of my challenge:
In accordance to the ad-VANCE-alot challenge, I will be on plan 95% = 47 days
Being on plan = 1600 calories, 1 hr of cardio minimum (on workout days), no drinking
I allowed myself
THREE off days
I will workout
FORTY DAYS of this challenge

Tonight i'm doing a program with my residents called "Jacob in the Gym". PRetty much, they're just meeting me in the fitness center and whoever shows and I are going to work out together! I'm not expecting much of a turnout, but luckily I don't have to entertain anyone. I bought a few things of Propel and attached "Five Tips to Eat Right at Wright". I think it's a pretty cool program idea. I hope that
at least 3 or 4 people show. If not, that's more Propel for me!

Self-Esteem & Mind Games
I don't really know how to explain my mood today. I'm a little bit of everything: agitated, hopeful, frustrated, pensive, motivated, annoyed, defeated, excited, anxious, you name it. I got on the scale this AM

Another one of Amz & me
So I'm back on to my early morning workouts (which I think i really enjoy and may start to make normal). Today was an OK workout. It felt so humid in there and I felt like I was sweating like a pig but I managed to get it done. Oh, and I guess I should mention that my gym lover works out in the mornings too so it's a nice way to start your day staring at this glistening specimen
