one pic of many of me and my bestestestI don't have much time to write, but to fill ya'll in on this weekend, it was in every sense of the word: A-MAZING! We partied like rockstars, we talked about or family and life, we worked out, we ate well, we ate like $h!t, and it was just awesome! I miss you best friend! Denita = Not weighing for six weeks
I have to say that this is the best weekend I've had in ages! Life is so freaking wonderful!!! Tonight, we're going back to Witt and hanging out with my brothers and having a cookout and then we're starting the party ALL OVER again. As my brothers and I are calling it, it's the '07 Summer Swag Back Movement Jump Off and Stunner shades (sunglasses) are mandatory.

Am I asking too much for the scale to have gone down to at least 217.0?!?! BAH! I've been working my ass off this weekend and I only got down .8 stinkin pounds! Now granted, I started at 223.6 after a
ty eating weekend but I was thinking the scale would go down a smidge more than that. AND I waited an extra day! Bastard scale. Can't you just boost myself esteem a little?! Apparently not.Well, yesterday was a great day! It's so good to have Amie here! It makes me miss home SOOOOOOOOOOO...
Eventful Evening

Last night was so hectic. So before I went to pick up Amie from the airport, I had to volunteer (again) at a CA event for a few hours. I had this like 30 minute talk with a fellow CA about losing weight and it was cool to hear someone else going through the same thing. Well, we both ended up eating something we shouldn't (even though she faired a little worse than me). I ate a veggie dog w/o the bun and then a scoop of strawberry ice cream. I guess it's not so bad, considering I was under my cal...The bestest comes in town today!
