Today's workout was OK. I was able to push myself further (run 17 mins straight in comparison to 15) but after that, I had a really difficult time keeping up with the different intervals. I ended up doing the same as Monday,
45:00 min, 3.57 miles; 3.1 miles in 38:15 . I'm not necessarily discouraged, just ready for some big feat to make me feel like I'm actually making progress.

Why do ppl have to f*** with my workout?! So I get in the gym and after I finish stretching I decided I wanted to use the Arc Trainer with the arm thingys so I waited behind the machine while the girl finished. She only had like 2 minutes left so I had no problem waiting. Well, as soon as she finishes wiping off the machine, some girl tries to swoop in and take the machine! I said to her - as politely as possible - "I'm sorry but I was already waiting for this one." I wasn't rude! Then...

RIP computer. 2003 - 2007.
I'm so sad! My blessed computer is broken and the guy told me that the "motherboard" is "fried". So I guess I need to start saving for a new PC.

This makes me so sad! Blah, well, I guess hopefully this summer I can save up enough money to get one.

This really blows guys! Blah blah blah. Well, I guess it could be worse. Anywho, here's a pic from this weekend and I think it's time for a new default.

Today's run: 45 mins, 3.57 miles, 3.1 miles in 36:15

That's only 1:15 slower than my original goal for my 5K! I may have to change my goal now! Awesome, awesome work out today. The run went so smoothly, I ran for 15 straight minutes during the first interval - I haven't done that in
ages. It was a great run and I was so proud of myself. Anywho, I was uber proud and I couldn't wait to blog about it!! I think I kinda like this running thing...

Bah...why did I eat that piece of cake?! I didn't
need it! BAH! Now I feel like a failure and the only way to redeem myself is to go to the gym. But I don't really have time for the gym because after I get off work, I have to volunteer at 6:45 and so going to the gym wouldn't really give me enough time to eat. Stupid cake. I mean,
technically I have like 500 calories left, but I really wanted to stay on the low side of things today. Blah. I guess the only solace i have is knowing I 'm going...
