Yea I'm late, but the weigh-in today was pseudo-fabulous.
223.0!!! I think I ruined it though with a dreary Thursday binge. There really was no reason, I was just tired, hungry, & in the mood to eat...a lot! I'm not too upset with myself. I left my room so I wouldn't feel like the food was haunting me. I don't know if I'd say I'm "upset" because I'm not, just kinda like "ugh, Denita?!?!" Oh well, you'll have that. Today I have just been dying to take a nap and everyt...

Alright! So Denita's back. In full effect. Yesterday was a Yikes! kinda day. I don't like feeling like that.
Anywho, after a DRAINING staff meeting last night, I went and picked up some milk & bananas from the store and - instead of cooking my meals for the week - I opted to just go home, and eat dinner. After dinner, I went to the computer lab and talked to my best friend and my brother online where I managed to cry my last tears and just get it all out! In addition, I got some GREAT PM...

4:57pmSo last night, in an attempt to be more "Earthy Crunchy" as my friend calls it, I shut my computer down. Well, this AM when I went to turn it back on I get this error message that says "Operating System Not Found; Error! CPU Fan Failed". Great. I don't know squat when it comes to computers, but that message sure as hell doen't seem good. Needless to say, my computer is broken for the time being.
I don't get paid until Friday so I guess it's time to break my inte...

lies!!I hope you're all resting - if not physically, at least mentally!
I don't really have too much to write on today, I just woke up about 30 minutes ago so my day hasn't exactly started yet. I try really hard to sleep in but I just can't. My bed is like the size of a crib so it's hard for my big butt to get comfortable. Last night rounds were cool - no kids drinking or smoking reefers so luckily we didn't have to write anyone up.
The scale was 225.2 this AM -...

-70.6!!! This AM I was 225.6 ! 
That makes me happy. I'm pumped to go work out today now that I know I am officially minus freakin 70!! Now I'm anxious to be -80! lol. Well, hopefully when my bff comes next month I can be in the 210s. I can't believe I've lost seventy lbs. That's nuts. I think I am going to take more after pictures today and see if these turn out better.Oh well. I've already thought of a different after pic to put in the "after" spot cuz I'm sick of the one th...
