So i just looked at the "goal" for my next weight in, and its saying i need to lose TEN pounds?! Are they saying I need to do this by next Tuesday, or just in general? I'm confused. Today has been tough. I'm pretty hungry and I'm really trying to deal with the food cravings but it is NOT EASY. Ive only eating about 1200 calories a day and i went grocery shopping today which was good and got a lot of healthier choices for food so i'm pretty excited about that. My next step is I need to start working out.
