Some good advice (I think from 7 Habits)... Successful people often do the things they want to do the least, first. I spend a lot of time redirecting myself to neccesary things with this mantra. It works for my work, and school work. Now I need to apply it to my health and welfare.
Good for today: I tracked my food. 2nd day in a row. If I do nothing else - I WILL track the food every day. It did come on at the correct cals, so that's a bonus.
Bad: I didn't eat breakfast because I was on my feet all morning. This is not the best way to start my day, but it happens about half of the time.
Challenge: I have an upcoming vacation coming up with family, to include Thanksgiving. I'm not worried about what I eat, just if I can manage to track it.

But I certianly shouldn't plan to fail. I must develop a plan to succeed.
