And the Results Are.......

I am down almost 5 pounds in a month. (190 to 185ish) :) YES! Now - this is the same 5 pounds I've been losing for months now, but it is down from my January 1 weigh in.

I am keeping the scale out for weigh-ins now, but I know that I can keep up the day in day out measuring and working out. And enjoy it!

Also, I found out I've been eating half as much chicken breasts for dinner as I thought I was. That was 100 cals I thought I was eating. I thought these lil' chicken breasts were 4 oz...
