This is my blog about not losing weight. I wanted to take the time to put down my thoughts about how good a job I am doing at not losing weight. I'm not logging my food - so that helps a lot. I let the weekends get me super off track and I stay there. I always said that I would lose weight if my husband was out of town because I would just have a small single dinner. Well, turns out I turn to eating out of boredom instead. Aren't I doing great at not losing weight!
The best thing that I do to make sure I don't lose weight is to pick here and there at food that I didn't plan to eat. Taking handfuls here and there - promising to track later. Track what? haha.
I WILL TRACK MY FOOD!

Hey Girl, the more you log the more of a habit it becomes. If you can't log write your meals on a piece of paper and put them in your diary later.
I know it's hard but you can do it.

I agree - put it all in there - good or bad. I am going to get back to the mindframe of getting the food logged is an accomplishment. Green check or not!

I know it is hard to enter your meals in the dairy but that has been a life saver for me. I plan ahead my meal for the day (if possible) and enter everything, good and bad.
