I started Crossfit last night. I have two more "On Ramp" sessions to do, and all I can say is I'm glad I was at the gym all this time because if I wasn't, I would be in serious trouble with this thing. I didn't struggle(I mean to say, I struggled but it wasn't awful and I didn't die) with it like I saw a lot of the other women doing, but there are things that I just could not do. I was sick for a week, then I was on a religious retreat for a week. And I came home last night and weighed myself this morning and in 2 1/2 weeks time I GAINED 3 pounds. So back to the gym tomorrow and those long walks that I love. My cross fit class starts in a couple of weeks so I really need to get on the ball and prepare for those in a serious way.Monday, September 5th 2016
I've not taken the time to log my calories for the last few days, I just got busy and didn't do it. But I'm still eating clean and I lost some more weight so I'm down to 234. I'm working really hard and I took some shirts and skirts out of my closet and some of them fit (yay!!) And some of them dont (yet) and I'm getting results.
