I worked so hard at the gym today. My trainer gave me a new workout to do and it was grueling. so for the next 3 weeks that's what I'm doing. At the same time I did the C25K and a 30 minute walk on the treadmill and then a 30 minute elliptical cycle. 3 hours total. It was so damn hard. I wanted to quit half way through. I had to stop, refocus and renew. I just did it. I think that thinking about where I have to go if I stop really helps with perspective. All I have left is to get fatter and ...

Yay!

I went to the gym at about 9 or 9:30 yesterday morning and didn't leave till about 12:30. I totally worked my tale off. I feel so good today. I weighed myself the first time since I came back from vacation and I've lost some more pounds. I'm down to 248. It's coming off a little bit at a time and I'm so glad to see results, I don't care how long it takes. It's just fun to see the work pay off, even though I dread the scale, it never lies to me. It is what it is.

back to the grind

I'm back from vacation. I had an amazing time and did a pretty good job with eating clean. It was hard to be on the road and eat well and then try to work out but I'm pretty happy with how I did. Although I ate like a fool at PF Changs and then went back to he hotel and killed it at the hotel gym. I really made an effort to try.

I'm getting back on my regular schedule and I haven't been to the gym as much as I wanted so totally hitting it tomorrow, early.

Florida

I'm having an amazing time in Florida. I really miss my family and I'm glad to be home for a few days. I have to say, I've done excellent with my eating. Salads everyday with grilled Chicken and staying away from the goodies that I usually binge one. Water or unsweetened Iced Tea that I usually drink anyway. I even went to Star Bucks and got plain unsweet iced tea and not the Vanilla Bean Cremes I usually tank up on. This feels good and I don't even care about giving up the things I used to...

little rewards

So I noticed today at the gym that I'm getting stronger, planks are getting easier to hold my form. I still want to die after I do them, but they ARE getting better so that's a good thing. I also noticed that my underwear is fitting better. I'm pretty happy about that.

I'm on my way to Florida on Tuesday and I bought new clothes today. I'm still in the plus size category of course but I did notice I went down a size and I'm REALLY happy about that.
