125 pounds. That is what I have to loose. 3 weeks ago at the gym is where I started from. If I think about how far I've got to go I'll go crazy. So I take it breath by breath, minute by minute and day by day. One revolution at a time.

30 minutes on the treadmill seems like a lifetimes, so I break it down: 5 minutes done. 10 minutes done.... keep going. The elliptical is a nightmare, 30 minutes 2 minutes done, 3 minutes done....keep going. 60 second plank? Break it down i can do 30 sec. it's better than the 20 seconds I did starting out. Keep going. Push back. don't stop.

Food has become the drug of choice. It has become an addiction like heroin or meth. It's that insidious, because it takes up every waking thought. What's for lunch, what's for dinner and what's in the fridge? IS there enough? What if I'm still hungry? There's some left over, eat it because.......well.....it's there. No one is looking anyway.

Stop. Just. Stop.

I Spent 4 hours in the gym today.

30 min treadmill 312 calories 1.58 miles
30 min elliptical 400 calories, 1.3 miles

In the beginning, (before treadmill), the middle (before ellptical) and at the end (after elliptical) I did 3 sets each:
1. sit to stand 10 pd weight on each shoulder x 10 reps
2. step up box with 5 pd weight each shoulder alternating legs x10 each leg
3. wobble squat on 1/2 swiss ball x10
4. knee tuck/hip extension x 20
5. Spinal balance alternating opposite sides x10 each side
6. Elevated plank x20
7. Seated row cable machine 45 pds x10
8. Lat Pull down machine 35 pds x10
9. Single arm bent row 15 pd x10

I'm taking the day off tomorrow and then I'll it again on Sunday. I'm trying to do 4 days a week at the gym.
