So I noticed today at the gym that I'm getting stronger, planks are getting easier to hold my form. I still want to die after I do them, but they ARE getting better so that's a good thing. I also noticed that my underwear is fitting better. I'm pretty happy about that.

I'm on my way to Florida on Tuesday and I bought new clothes today. I'm still in the plus size category of course but I did notice I went down a size and I'm REALLY happy about that.

I'm feeling pretty good about myself tonight and that doesn't happen very often. And I think my face is different but I'm not sure yet....the DH says its is.

I can't wait to get rid of my fat legs and my fat belly. You know what I'm really excited about? That this time next year all those really pretty summer clothes that I wanted but didn't quite fit are going to look really good on me.

Also, on my food and exercise diary I am doing WAY more than just the treadmill and elliptical that I'm logging. I'm doing a ton of gym work but not sure how to log all of that because I don't know what the calorie count is on any of the exercises I'm doing. It's mostly strength training and some other cardio exercises. I mean seriously I'm spending between 3 and 4 hours 5 days a week at the gym. I really want to log that time into my exercise diary but I write in my notebook and I KNOW what I'm doing so I suppose that's really all that matters.

They have free weights and machine weights in the drop down. I just use my Garmin activity tracker to kind of gauge calories burned but I don't eat the exercise calories back, I just track it for my records.

I am so glad you are seeing a difference. Nothing is more motivating than buying new smaller clothes and feeling good in them.
