I worked so hard at the gym today. My trainer gave me a new workout to do and it was grueling. so for the next 3 weeks that's what I'm doing. At the same time I did the C25K and a 30 minute walk on the treadmill and then a 30 minute elliptical cycle. 3 hours total. It was so damn hard. I wanted to quit half way through. I had to stop, refocus and renew. I just did it. I think that thinking about where I have to go if I stop really helps with perspective. All I have left is to get fatter and weaker and I DO NOT want to be that person.

I left the gym so crazy hungry I thought I was going to pass out so I stopped at McDonald's and got a grilled chicken sandwich. I hate McDonald's. Loathe it. IT was THE BEST chicken sandwich I ever ate. Which really does prove when you are hungry, you really will eat anything. I came home dog, freaking, tired. I still had dinner to do which was fine because the DH cooked soup for the kids and I made this amazing Asian Quinoa Salad:

I added a grilled chicken breast to it and it was just what my body needed after such a hard workout.

I didn't get ANY sleep at all. I have RLS and last night it started to REALLY act up and then the DH snores. He has a CPAP but it doesn't work when he rips it off his face and throws it on the floor in the middle of the night. He's a super heavy sleeper so I couldn't get him awake and after about an hour of trying he called me a mean name and I left and went to sleep on the couch. I'm ready for separate bedrooms. I mean really, really ready.
I'm cranky and tired as f*** today.

I went grocery shopping today and ran some other errands. DH is making fish tonight and then we have to get to confession. I really, really hope I sleep better tonight.
