I mad it through the 240's and I weighed in at 238. Yay me! Persistence pays off in spades and I'm so grateful this is working.
I think I FINALLY figured out a schedule for when the kids go back to school. Well....at least until the end of October when I start Crossfit
Monday- C25K and 45 minute walk on the treadmill at home
Tuesday- gym day
Wednesday- long walk day (4+ miles)
Thursday- gym day
Friday- C25K and 45 min walk on the treadmill
Sat OR Sun- gym...

Meh.
A lady at school asked me is I was pregnant.
I said, "No, I'm just fat."
Then she said, "I used to be that way, now I have a friend and we walk once a week."
What I really wanted to say was, "You're old. And mean. Pass on my left, oh unworthy creature."
I thought I'd weigh in today, but I think I'll wait until tomorrow. Maybe.
And so pass the days of my life.

I did a C25K workout last night and my legs and knees are SCREAMING today. It was 110 out today and the DH wanted to go for a 2.5 mile walk after he got home from work. I knew I wouldn't make it, there's just no way. I am really feeling tired and exhausted so I didn't do any workouts at all today. Aleve has become my best friend. Is leg and muscle pain just something I have to get used to? Should I wait until I'm at a better weight to start running? Am I too heavy for running? I just d...

I went to New Mexico the past few days and got back Monday night. While I didn't eat the way I should have I DID make to the hotel gym twice and worked out a regular routine.
I bought some new running shoes.....Nike Pegasus Zoom 33. I'm really happy with them and they have great support so my legs and feet don't hurt so much. But the restless legs are still a huge issue. I'm not sleeping so great at night and I'm tired.
