I was sick for a week, then I was on a religious retreat for a week. And I came home last night and weighed myself this morning and in 2 1/2 weeks time I GAINED 3 pounds. So back to the gym tomorrow and those long walks that I love. My cross fit class starts in a couple of weeks so I really need to get on the ball and prepare for those in a serious way.

I'm not surprised about the weight gain. I haven't paid any attention to what I put in my mouth. At the retreat house you mind of have to eat whatever they put in front of you or else go hungry. The food was really good....I just ate too much of it. Those underlying food problems are still there. They always will be and I just have to make good choices.

So back to the grinder I go.....and I'm ok with that.
