I started Crossfit last night. I have two more "On Ramp" sessions to do, and all I can say is I'm glad I was at the gym all this time because if I wasn't, I would be in serious trouble with this thing. I didn't struggle(I mean to say, I struggled but it wasn't awful and I didn't die) with it like I saw a lot of the other women doing, but there are things that I just could not do.
