So I went to a dietitian yesterday and went through the usual spiel. What I was really going for was to use the handy dandy machine that is supposed to determine how many calories you actually burn in a day. However, I had eaten less than 4 hours before so I will have to try again in 2 weeks.
One helpful thing she pointed out was that I was not eating enough for breakfast. I don't usually skip it but Its usually very light - a couple pieces of fruit and a yogurt.
Well today I doubled that and I seem to have much more energy and feel much less full. Not bad. Lets see how this goes.

I agree- a more abundant breakfast keeps me going too. I have not been doing that lately either!
