I completely forgot that I have a meeting with a dietitian today who is going to use one of those machines to calculate exactly how many calories you burn (resting, without exercise).

However, you aren't supposed to eat for 4 hours before it and I completely forgot until it was too late to have anything! And I went to yoga on top of it all!

So i am basically starvin like marvin!

OK so i got the readout and I got my calorie intake bumped up by 152 calories! Nice to have that extra wiggle room!
