With no small amount of fear and trepidation I lowered my weight target to 230 lbs from 240 lbs.
For some reason moving from 50lbs to my goal to over 60 makes the task seem a little more daunting. I chose to do it because, last time it was checked, my lean body mass was 199 lbs. 230 lbs puts me at 15% which is right smack dab in the middle of the "fit' range.
So its gonna be a long and winding road but I'm on the track.

A positive thing today. Went to Yoga class and we did 18 sun salutations in a row. In the past I would be 4 or 5 sun salutations into it and I would be on the ground in childs pose gasping for air.
Today I went to 15, took a brief rest through number 16 and then finished the last two. Not too shabby!
