OK I've fooled around long enough. I did a great job starting in july of last year and lost 40 lbs by the end of the year.
I have since screwed around and gained 20 of it back. I have been good but not great in food recording. but I want to be back to the obsessive about weight loss Glenn that got me all the progress last time.
So this is what I am gonna try:
1) Diary entry every day mentioning my days weight and fasting blood glucose.
2) No Alcohol till I am at least below my last personal best and probably not till my goal weight gets hit.
3) Once a week do a fitness test to test progress in basic excersize. Basically I will take the daily core workout I want to establish and change it from several sets to just do as many as I can possibly do in one set.
4) Cardio 5 days a week in the evenings.
5) Core 5 days a week in the mornings
6) Strength training at the health club 3 days a week at lunch.
Hopefully this isn't overly ambitious but we will see.
