So I have been starting this kick of eating fruit and lite yogurt for breakfast. We bought a small box of peaches last Sunday and I was looking forward to them getting ripe and eating them. They should be in season now. However, I tried them today and they were the most tasteless peaches I have ever had.Oh well. the nectarines and grapes have been fabulous.
In other news, the San Francisco gate is reporting that thai police men who break police rules are forced to wear a Hello Kitty...

OK, its been a long time since I have done this and I have been on and off calorie king for a while. I think maybe if I try to connect with people that will motivate me to make sure I get my food in and, with it, eat less.So I guess I will start off with an Introduction. I'm Glenn. OK, I'm gonna try and get into the habit of maintaining this journal.A week of great work was somewhat killed by a weekend of excess. Had a friend come over on saturday and we all ate like pigs and drank like fish. Did some yoga and strength training on sunday so the weekend was not a total loss. Check-in was the same weight but I'm frankly, not all that worried. I know that I took this at the high end of a weight cycle and my weight is lowe than it actually is. I expect a pretty serious...
