Darn you bar food!!! DARN YOU!!!! Blargh feeling bloated and icky today ... my weekend (thanks to St. Patricks day .. and the needing of Denny's too fight the mother of all hangovers) didnt feel like it was enough weekend, I didnt get to the gym, I didnt eat well .. I didnt get to do anything ... except get all sloppy and drunk. Boo!
Anyways this week is hopefully going to be better... even though tonight was not good AT ALL!!! More bar food, darn you again!
BUT I have 2 possibly 3 trips to the gym planned and I'm hoping to start eating better again seeing as my father is leaving tomorrow, he brings bad food in and I eat it. But he's gone for another month so hopefully I can work on my self restraint over that period of time.
Anyways, thats all I had a bad weekend (Plus today) hopefully I can pull up the socks and get back on track!
