Oh my goodness ... I knew long weekends are generally hard to control eating during. But this was just ridiculous. Oh man ... my stomach feels like it's going to explode all over everyone. (Sorry ... that’s just how I feel right now) I'm also kinda bummed I'm back at work. But also on the flip side, am pumped it is a short week.
I got drunk in a kiddie pool on Sunday and burnt my back to bajesus. Oh man damn you coolers. So getting dressed this morning … was not fun.
And then we went and saw the fireworks which was a total good time (yay Canada Day!!) We decided we didn’t want to sit with everyone else in the "designated" sitting area so we went and chilled in the plus 15 into the building they were going to be on. And was that the best idea ever!!! I've never been that close to fire works going off (professionally ... now when my friends set them off themselves I've been around for that ... not by choice mind you) and the plus 15 had a glass ceiling ... it was just a really nice way to finish off Canada Day.
Then yesterday I was trying to recuperate / get all my crap cleaned away ... that’s the thing I always seem to do on long weekends, end up cleaning the mess that has amounted.
So anyways the eating was NOT superb this weekend ... and I feel all bloated and horrible.
Hopefully tomorrow I can get some workout in cause I sure as heck need it.
