Holla,
Been a lurker extra-ordinare as of late and for that I apologize there has been so much I've wanted to say but I havenÂ’t had the time. That makes me VERY upset but at least I haven't fallen off the face of the planet. I was icky sicky for a bit then just trying to get back into the swing of things.
ANYways, the real reason for this post is I'm headinÂ’ out for a monster road trip down to Seattle so I can catch a Red Sox game and I'm nervous. I know I won't be able to eat super healthy and that scares me. I was wondering if anyone had any ideas on how to eat at least a little bit healthy on road trips you know so I don't succumb to the obvious choice of McDonalds (Seeing as my car mate will be eating that ... stupid him and his super metabolism!)
Anyhoo no worries if you don't have suggestions this is toodles for a while I shall be back in a week or so.
Bye!!
(Nobody do anything super awesome while I'm gone!!)

Hopefully you're enjoying your trip hon! And don't consider McD's taboo *LOL* You can still eat there....I do *evil grin* Most of the time I go with a classic grilled chicken...or their grilled asian chicken salad with a fruit and yogurt parfait and large iced tea. all a little more than 500 calories and yummy. But if you're feeling like being a little bad...go with a cheeseburger kids meal

Have a good time. maybe choose salads at the fast food places or just don't order fries. Just watch your portions. Have fun!
