Thursday, Jan 8 2009 - When walking is difficult ... is that problematic?

View HAPPYJO's food & exercise for this day

So ... I'm happy to say I once again (despite the pain while I was trying to sit yesterday) did the 30 day shred ... and on top of the half an hour or so of Wii Fit. Where I was a hula hooping champ! So I say high fives for that!!
Dinner was a nice fish and some couscous ... which I heart so much. When in doubt I couscous. It goes with pretty much anything.
Then the snack monster hit and I had a little more chocolate than I wanted. I still passed without getting the scary red bar ... but just barely I think.

Today is pretty much the same plan, yargh I've gotten boring.
Tonight 30 day shred (if I can bend over to put the DVD in) and Wii fit I need to beat the BF on more than just the hula hooping.

Oh I also have to go pick up a new extension cord to plug in my car ... while I was gone I had it plugged in the whole time ... so when I got back the extension cord was kind of melted ... I thought that was odd but didn’t think much of it.
Then I went to plug my car in last night and I got a little shock, literally. My car electrocuted me ... while it obviously wasn’t any more than a significant tingle. So ... I'm thinking something is up with my cord ... and on the first day I've needed it since I got back. So on my way home (in the coming snow) I have to stop to get a new extension cord so I no longer get shocked. What with the -30* Celsius.
:barf3:

So ... that is that.

I'm off to eat my morning apple because I ran out of Bananas and was too sore to go pick any up yesterday.

Have a great day everybody!!
