View HAPPYJO's food & exercise for this day
I am in a ... pretty horrible mood today.
I let myself down big time yesterday ... and I am upset about it.
So ... needless to say I don't have much to say.
And on top of that I have to go out to a burger place for my friends birthday dinner tonight and seriously the only thing available is BURGERS.
Urgh ...
One highlight from yesterday inbetween snarfing down all the chocolate and chocolate cookies I could get my gruby little hands on I at least did an exercise video.
So that is on the docket as soon as I get home 30 day shred and as much wii fit as I can cram in there before I have to shower to get to the restaurant.
Hope you all are having a better day than I am.
I shall be back tomorrow hopefully in better spirits.

You get HIGH FIVES for working out and for blogging and for fessing up to your dietary choices that are less than stellar. So take those and be proud - because I bet you there's times when you don't even do THOSE things. They are HUGE accomplishments, don't dismiss them lightly. Do your best tonight and get a good night's sleep afterwards... tomorrow is full of new choices to make.

The burger isn't the bad thing..it is the fries that come with them. So go with a good option and make sure you drink a lot of water or ice tea. Enjoy your friends.

Hey, TIAND! (Today is a new day.) Don't beat yourself about what happened yesterday, what's done is done. // Make the best choices that you can tonight (turkey or veggie burger), and give yourself credit for what you did right. (Working out despite not making the best choices.)
