NYARGH!!!
I want to eat my arm off!!!
Last night we did deep water and it was super fun but I had left calories to have a snack when I got home ... but I forgot that my stomach is always weird and crampy after the class (I think it's because of the constant contraction on it all through class) so needless to say I was not motivated to eat.
So I wake up this morning famished!!! I had my banana as soon as I got into work as per Nora (well Nora's nutritionist I suppose) and now I'm just waiting to break out my cereal. And hopefully that will get rid of the nagging need to eat my fingers / arm.
Todays docket ... I am unsure if I will be able to get my 30 day shred in. I have to go to the mall after work (I know such sorrow) to pick up something that was left out of my bag ... then I'm going to try and do as much walking as possible before my friend and I go see Slumdog Millionaire. I hear it's a very good movie so I'm pretty excited about that. Now normally that would be problematic but because my friend has some weird corn allergy I can't even get popcorn ... I used to curse him but now I realize its a BIG help.
So I don't want to be bouncing around at 10 at night ... I would feel bad for my downstairs neighbours ... so I may have to chalk up all the walking around the mall as exercise for today ... and just try to keep eating in check. Mall food courts are the

I am committing to eating something that isnt poutine for dinner today ... maybe I'll get some tacos from Taco Time if I forgo the Nachos ... it should be a doable meal
(Sorry this is really just me trying to figure my way around the land mines of the food court)

don't eat the arms! i'm still having a hard time eating soon after i wake up, just because of my schedule (wake up as late as possible - about 20 minutes to get ready, 45 minute drive to work, another 45 to get settled...then eat, not good). i made a huge batch of oatmeal that i froze and bring a serving to work, so that makes it easier. i also convince myself often that i'm not hungry, when i still have plenty of calories for the day. oops! have fun at the movie tonight!
