So I have 16 days before I go on a trip that I want to feel comfortable for.
At the beginning I was super pumped and lost 5 lbs (I have been counting down for this trip for about 40 days) but I have since hit a very rough patch and put that all back on.
I am going to hold myself accountable with this here blog for the next 16 days.
Yes. I. AM.
So here we go, I am going to record the exercise I plan on completing during the day and be accountable to myself and this blog for that.
I also hope that I can continue past the vacation and finally get the last 30 lbs off me completely I had lost them then became complacent and they all found me again.
Let's go 16, I'm excited for this darn trip!
