So today was supposed to be a rest day. I couldn't stand to just sit, so I did my Wii Fit. I am not used to rest days, but part of this training includes them twice a week.

Eating was not as good as it should have been today. We did Mexican for one of my friend's birthday. If I could have just stayed out of the tortillas everything would be okay. I still managed to order something reasonable, and did not blow my overall calories for the day by keeping it small for dinner. Because of the lunch, I couldn't sit still tonight. I felt like I had to move to make sure to balance out the calories.

Work was crazy today. One of our friend's car was stolen at a gas station. I have heard a million stories about this happening, so she becomes one-million and one. She got out of the car, threw her keys on the seat and pumped her gas. The pump gave her a message to come inside to the attendant for a receipt. When she came out of the store the car was gone. Crazier... a deputy and a state law enforcement agent were standing in the parking lot talking when it happened. The car hasn't been recovered, but they do know who did it, so they are trying to track him down now. Amazing! Lock your car when you pump gas!!!!

Tomorrow will be a five mile day... woo hoo!
