200 calories over today. Not good. Ate stupid stuff today... not good.
Went out for a run in the cold tonight... not good. Ran two miles tonight instead of four... not good at all. Burned less than 400 calories... argggg.....
I am cold, and I am tired. I am checking the runners forum, and I am going to bed. Tomorrow is another day.

2 miles is only 400 calories burned? That doesn't sound right to me. It takes me practically 30++ to run two miles which probably takes you about 15 minutes or less. I think at this rate the calories you lost would be more than 400 since you went at it at higher intensity.
"Tomorrow is another day." Kudos for not letting a "feel-bad" day ruin everything.

You are waaaaay toooooo hard on yourself. You DID run and you DID burn calories instead of sitting on your (_/_)! 200 over is not enough to worry about! It takes 3500 to gain a lb.
