Do not bring the Oreos into the the house. This is a warning. I just ate not one, not two, but three servings of Oreos, and for the record, that is only 6 cookies! Yowch!!! Good thing it is early and I have lots of running to do tonight. I better add squats, push-ups and crunches just to be on the safe-side! It is dreary, and I am suffering without my sunshine. I need it bad, it has me in a funk. It has been cloudy and dreary here for over a week, and it is finally wearing on me. I NEED SUNSHINE!!! I LIVE IN FLORIDA FOR A REASON!!!!
One hour and two minutes later... the Oreos have been eradicated from this body! Now the slice of white pizza is another story... it has been a rough day with tired toddlers, and a worn thin mom. I hate that I am an emotional eater. Now, the good thing is that I have become an emotional runner too. I needed an hour out on the quiet streets tonight with Beyonce' wailing about being a diva.. "diva's just a female version of a hustler... of a hustler... of a hustler..." Ya gotta love her new CD. Anyhoo... cooled down now. Need to visit my favorite runners forum and check in on my new buddies.

I feel your pain. I had a run in with Oreos last week. I don't know why I let a 5 year old bully me into putting them into the cart to begin with!
Excellent that you are turning to exercise to release the emotions. I had my first "releasing steam run" this week too--and it felt great.

At least you're working out (though the less than nutritious goodies) - and that's a big A+ since you have children running around. :-) Good job!!!
I have Beyonce's S.Fierce but haven't listened to it yet. I need to.
I'm so jealous of the cloudy and dreary weather there... nature gave us 5-10 inches of snow and there's more on the say... @$#%TERT#$#@$!!!! The temp was below ZERO yesterday.
This is the very reason we're planning to move to Florida. We were thinking Seattle but the weather is just as depressing (they got 10 inches of snow this year too).
But I'll trade you the snow and freezing temperature for the cloudy and dreary. ;-)
