I am so mad at myself! I am starting a new job and had to drop by today to be fitted for some new uniforms. They gave me a small to try on and they were a bit tight, the mediums swallowed me! If I had not been a slacker for the last 4 weeks... I could have worn the small pants!!!! ARRRRGGHHH! Me, a small!!!! Unreal. So instead, I have to wear the mediums and they have to do all kinds of adjustments to make them fit properly. Ridiculous. Of course, I used to be an XL... even an XXL... so should I really be this hard on myself?
Anywhoo... here I am. My first blog in a month or more. I have been entering my food for two days now... I am so much more honest when I write it down. I just have to remember to eat consciously, and to pay attention to how my body feels when I eat. If my body responds well, it is good for me... if it leaves me feeling empty, or crazed or whatever... it is not. Good, fresh, healthy foods.... isn't that what spring is all about?
I am glad to be back.

Welcome Back! I ended up not running the 10K

:blush4: we really did go through a cold snap that made it less than ideal for running outside -- for me. I know people do it, but I am acclimated (and properly dressed) for running in 50-70 degree weather, anything outside of my comfort zone is ....anyway, I am still running, and I am hoping to do a HM in January!//writing your food down is really a crucial part of losing weight, accountability, reality, and just plain memory, amazing what you can forget that you eat in a day!
