Finally becoming a habit to consciously eat again. I did well today... I am proud, and my body feels good when I put healthy things in it. The oreos I ate on Saturday just made me feel sick, sick, sick. 5k this Saturday, so I need to stay on a roll to be ready to feel good and do well. I have got to finish under 30 minutes this week. I am totally capable, I just haven't given it all I have yet. Still contemplating the marathon next February, so I better find the focus I had when I was training for the 1/2... I feel it easing in. Spring has sprung... and so will I.

WOW...a marathon is something that I just don't know if I will ever try. The 1/2 sounds very doable though...did you enjoy it? I wish I could say oreos make me sick...no chance! Enjoy your 5K on Saturday...have fun. I understand about wanting to get under 30 min...that is my goal for my next one as well; I have a 10K first though...May 2nd.
