Nice Run - Making Up For Lost Time

So today was pretty good. Had a lunch meeting with some of my partners in crime. Could have been disastrous, a buffet. Ole' Times Country Buffet of all things in the world! Now being born and raised in the south by a mama who could cook amazing fried chicken and greens and potatoes... oh man this blog has gone awry! Back to the task at hand, I was a good girl. Cold, Cold, Cold

So, I tried the Biggest Loser trick and chewed Extra gum everytime I was hungry today. It worked pretty well. I have three different flavors in my purse so I have a nice selection to meet whatever the current need is. Now, unfortunately, they do not make chocolate gum yet... I wonder why not? Would that be disgusting? So, tonight is my rest night. I told my husband I feel kinda guilty about taking a rest night when I did such a bad job yesterday... Rough Day Ya'll

200 calories over today. Not good. Ate stupid stuff today... not good.

Went out for a run in the cold tonight... not good. Ran two miles tonight instead of four... not good at all. Burned less than 400 calories... argggg.....

I am cold, and I am tired. I am checking the runners forum, and I am going to bed. Tomorrow is another day.

What a day! WHAT A DAY!!!! Oh my gosh! I just wanted to go back to bed and cover my head. Just insane. But I made it, relatively unscathed. Relatively... I did give in to Chinese for lunch instead of my salad. I did it somewhat responsibly. I started with a big bowl of hot and sour soup, then some light sushi, then some stir fried broccoli and about two tablespoons of white rice. STARVING all day... what is the deal?

I am so hungry today. I seriously cannot still be affected by my run Friday right? I know that if I am not careful I will really get out of hand. Fortunately, I am ending the day with 40 calories left in the bank.

50 minute bike ride was good today, it was kinda rainy out, and I felt like a kid riding my bike through the mud puddles. Hey, nobody said that exercise couldn't be fun!
