Hi All

I just started use CalorieKing this week.
I have gone to TOPS and WW in the past. In 2002 I was told that I have Diabetes.
I have been gitting control over my diabetes. I done 6 tour de cure for the American diabetes Saaociation. I did 2 - 25k, 2 - 50k and 2 - 100k bike rides. I enjoy ride my bike.

I feel great today. I road my bike two times. I did 17 miles.
etaing alot of salads. I ma looking forward to summer. I whant to ride my bike to work. :)

On Sunday I road my bike for 3 hours. for 47.16 miles.:laugh5:=D...

Yesterday I wat to the Doctor. I was weigh in there I am down to 259. 4 more lbs to go for my frist goal. I am happy to be down. :)

I started the century cyclo-core training plan today. I road my bike for 75 minents today. for a 15.6 miles. I feel great.

I had a good week. The bathroom scale came in on Friday. I weight my self on Friday.
I go and see my diatebes Doctor on Tuesday.

I am starting three training plans for biking. A century ride, 4 week century & Endurance focused training plan. 4 week climbing focused training plan, Climb like a Cycling god. and Ride Faster a 5 week speed & TT focused training plan.
