I had a good week. The bathroom scale came in on Friday. I weight my self on Friday.
I go and see my diatebes Doctor on Tuesday.
I am starting three training plans for biking. A century ride, 4 week century & Endurance focused training plan. 4 week climbing focused training plan, Climb like a Cycling god. and Ride Faster a 5 week speed & TT focused training plan.
I had toomeny Carbs today
I also did 1 hour and 30 minets. today.
I ordered a Salter 9007 Glass Bathroom Scale on Saturday. I shounld get it on Friday. I am looking forward to it. The last time I weigh in is at the Doctor. I was 265 lbs. I am hoping that having a bathroom scale in the house. Will help weighing in on Sundays.
I did 35 minets on my bike today. did 8.6 miles for a total of 46.76 miles of November.

Hi
today at 7:13am my bg was 94. then I did 1 hour of biking and did 14 miles
test agin at 8:49 am bg was 168
I enjoyed the bike ride. I set a new goal. Not to gain weight over the winter. end date is March 2009.
last year I got down to 265 lbs. then over the winter I what back up to 285 lbs. so this year is going to be better. I am going to be down to 250 in March.

I road for 9miles today 11/22/08 . I feel great that I did it.
Finnish the CK program. It is a good program. I am glad that I did the CK program.
