Monday is a new day. I am liking forward to it. I need to start bushing me to git on my bike and ride.
I have look on the forums to hide something to help me for accountablity.
I like to fide a forum to also challenge me. I like biking and endurance biking.

Two years ago I was at 311# Today I am at 265#. I feel great.I started using CK Today. I am looking forward to a great year with CK. I work for UPS. I puch cans on planes. The cans #about 1000. to upto 13,000#
