I am feeling pretty good today. Today was my weigh in and I have aleady lost 2 lbs in 7 days. I am completely stoked. I seem to not go over my calories and still feel satisfied. I used to think that eating almost nothing was suffice, Boy was I wrong. I am just walking 5 ties a day for 30 minutes. Calorie King has suggested I stay at 1700 cals, but I am going under 1600. So I moved my cal count to 1600. I am anxious to see the results for next week.
