My goal has been 150 minutes per week and I am just barely meeting it. I would like to do more. With parties for graduations and birthdays I have been eating small portions. I have enjoyed a small piece of cake now and then. Well My weigh in was today I have gained .5 oz I realize that this isn't so bad but I was hoping to go down a pound or two.
Well I must work harder this week. I did lower my counts from 1600 to 1500 to see if I can loose a little more.
I have been coming under my counts anyway except for 2 times the last week because of parties. I will have to make better choices!
