Well I have been doing all what is being asked for one exception. That is to excercise more.:rolling1: My goal has been 150 minutes per week and I am just barely meeting it. I would like to do more. With parties for graduations and birthdays I have been eating small portions. I have enjoyed a small piece of cake now and then. Well My weigh in was today I have gained .5 oz I realize that this isn't so bad but I was hoping to go down a pound or two.:cry3: Well I must work harder this week. I did lower my counts from 1600 to 1500 to see if I can loose a little more.=D I have been coming under my counts anyway except for 2 times the last week because of parties. I will have to make better choices!:drunk:

Breakfast- Banana and blackberry smoothie 140 cals

Mid-Morning snack- 1/2 cup apple 53 cals

Lunch- grilled chicken breast w/ low cal BBQ sauce 180 cals
w/ baby carrots 3 oz = 30 cals

Afternoon snack- strawberry and banana smoothie w/ skim milk- 150 cals

totals so far= 553
