Today has been a wonderful day. My husband and I joined the YMCA this week and this has been day 3 of working out together. I love it.
My weigh in day is Friday so I can't wait to see the results of the past several days. I started taking whey protien and had the most delicious shake today.
It was 1 scoop of whey protien and 1/2 cup of fresh mango, and half a banana! Boy it was it good. Yummy. My support from my husband has been impecable. He encourage me the other day not to loose too much weight because he likes a little meat on his ladies.
I laughed at him because I feel I have some to spare. lol.
I am currently out of work, I teach and I am off for the summer. I have committed myself to loose 20 lbs before I go back to work. Let the challenge begin.
