Horrible weekend

Although my weekend was very eventful and I had some highlights, food wise I did horrible with my choices.:n: Usually I choose one day out of the week to splurge on something. I reward myself one thing on that day. I also do not exercise.:'( Well Saturday was my hiking day and I decide to really watch what I ate that day.:dork2: I had 1/2 cup of oatmeal and skim milk splenda to sweeten it. Hello there! It's Friday and I love the weekends! but who doesn't right? I have been challenging myself to a hike every saturday.:laugh5: It has been for a month now, and I have enjoyed myself. I am takingmy sisters and mom and dad and brother with me. I am so stoked.:rolling1: I haev tons of support and it feels great. ZUMBA BABY

I have been a member at the YMCA for several months and I have been able to exercise more and more. :clap:I have joined the Zumba classes and I am haivng so much fun. I love to interact with others and love the challenge with learning steps and getting a good cardio. The hour goes by so fast. I am meeting so many new faces and having fun in the mean time.:wave1: LOVE ZUMBA! I can't wait for tonights class.:karate:...

Haven't done this in a while.

WOW. It's been over 3 months on Ck and I feel so much better about what I put into my body. :teeth3:I had a minor slip up last month and hardly documented a thing on here and I was wondering how I could maintain my weight or even loose while I was not calculating correct calorie intake. :angry2:So now Im back on track and it is som much easier for me. :cross2:whew, With work, school, gym, eating right, and family, not in that order I feel overwhelmed but I am able to achieve everything on my list at the end of the d...
