I had a minor slip up last month and hardly documented a thing on here and I was wondering how I could maintain my weight or even loose while I was not calculating correct calorie intake.
So now Im back on track and it is som much easier for me.
whew, With work, school, gym, eating right, and family, not in that order I feel overwhelmed but I am able to achieve everything on my list at the end of the day.
